www.heartchild.info - website for the Children's Heart association.  They have funded this website, the Cardiac Yotuh Forum and the Text Messaging Service.  It is run by families and friends of cardiac children.  Local support group with many activities and days out organised.

www.yheart.net - website produced for young people with congenital heart disease. produced by the British Heart Foundation. Loads of information, interactive areas, games and information about meet@teenheart events.

www.childrens-heart-fed.org.uk - umbrella organisation that looks after lots of support groups.  Has nice information leaflets and diagrams (animated) of different congenital heart problems.

www.thesf.org.uk - Grown up Congenital Heart Patients Association has changed its name to "The Somerville Foundation".  It continues to support adults with Congenital Heart Disease.  Has lots of useful information about insurance, lifestyle issues and more...

www.lhm.org.uk - Website that supports families who have a child with a heart condition that results in only one pumping chamber.

www.maxappeal.org.uk - Website to support those affected by Digeorge Syndrome.  Based around support for parents but lots of useful information about this condition.
